Privacy Policy & Terms of Service
One page, two documents: how inquiry data and design files are handled, and the terms that apply to a quotation, an order and an acceptance decision.
Privacy Policy
What happens to the data and the files you send us
Four points, in the order they matter: what is collected, why it is collected, how long it is kept and who may see it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form we receive the seven fields it asks for, Name, Company, Email, Country, Service needed, Quantity and Message, together with the files you attach or send by reply: Gerber or ODB++ data, BOM files, pick-and-place data and any assembly drawing or stackup document. Our web server also records basic access data: the page requested, the time of the request, the referring page and a truncated IP address, used to keep the site reachable and to detect abusive traffic. We do not ask for payment card details through this site and we do not collect special-category personal data.
2. Why it is collected and how it is used
Inquiry data is used for one purpose: reviewing your project and answering it. In practice that means an engineer reading your files, running a DFM review, preparing a quotation and, if you place an order, performing that order and supporting the product afterwards. We do not send marketing bulk email to addresses collected through the inquiry form, we do not build advertising or profiling audiences from them, and we do not sell, rent or trade the data. If you have asked for a specific update, a lead-time change on a running order, for example, we contact you about that order only.
3. How long it is kept, who may access it and where it may go
Project data is kept for as long as the business and compliance record requires. After a project closes, the records our quality and export documentation obligations cover are retained for the necessary period and then deleted or anonymised. Internally, access is role-based: engineering sees the technical files, sales sees the commercial record, and both are bound by confidentiality terms. Third parties receive data only where fulfilment requires it, freight carriers for delivery, and payment or compliance providers for the documents that accompany a shipment. We do not sell data to third parties, and we do not pass your design files to another manufacturer.
4. Your rights, file confidentiality and cookies
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold, to correct it, to delete it or to restrict how it is processed; send the request to [email protected] and we answer within one working day (GMT+8). Design files are treated as your property: they are used only for the manufacturing and inspection of your order, they are not circulated outside the project team, and they are not reused for another customer. Where your process requires it, an NDA, non-use, non-disclosure, non-circumvention, can be signed before any file is transferred. This site uses only the cookies and visit statistics needed to keep it working and to count traffic; you can block or delete them in your browser settings and the site stays readable without them.

Terms of Service
How a quotation, an order and an acceptance work
Four points: what a quotation is based on, who owns the files, which standards decide acceptance, and what happens when something has to change.
1. Quotation, order and file confirmation
A quotation is prepared from the files you provide: Gerber, ODB++ or IPC-2581 data, the BOM, the pick-and-place file, the stackup and any impedance requirement. Engineering review and the quotation are returned within 24 hours, and a DFM review is included free of charge before any purchase order. Production is scheduled only after you confirm the quotation in writing; where the DFM report raises a change, the revised files are what we build from. Prices hold for the period stated on the quotation, and anything not stated there, tooling, test fixtures, freight, duties, is quoted separately rather than assumed.
2. Intellectual property and use of files
You keep the intellectual property in your design files. We use them for this manufacturing and inspection job only, we do not disclose them outside the project team, and we do not reuse them for another customer or another product. Where we purchase components on your behalf, those components are bought for your order and passed through at the quoted cost; where you supply material, it remains your property and is handled as consigned stock. An NDA can be signed before files move in either direction, and any stencil, tool or test fixture built for your order is used for your order.
3. Quality, acceptance and traceability
Acceptance follows the standard agreed in the quotation: IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 for assembly, with IPC-A-600 and IPC-6012 for the bare board and J-STD-001 for soldering. The inspection record behind that acceptance is the one described on our quality pages, 3D AOI on 100% of boards on every SMT line, digital X-ray on a minimum of five boards per lot, in-circuit test to 3,072 test points where a fixture applies, final visual inspection to IPC-A-610 Class 2/3, and outbound sampling per AQL ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (general inspection level II, single sampling, normal severity, AQL 0.65 for major defects). Every batch is traceable to its material lots and process records, and the CoC, test report, RoHS and REACH material declarations, packing list and commercial invoice travel with the shipment.
4. Changes, delivery, liability and disputes
Engineering changes, ECN or PCN, require your written approval before they are introduced, and no deviation from the quoted material or process is made without it. Delivery terms and the point at which risk transfers follow the quotation and the agreed Incoterms: FOB Shenzhen by sea, FCA Shenzhen Airport by air, or CIF, EXW and DDP where those fit; under DDP the buyer remains the importer of record. Returns are handled as an RMA raised against a specific serial number or lot and judged against the same acceptance standard as the original shipment. Liability is limited to the value of the affected order, and any specific figure, tax, registration or duty, as well as governing law and jurisdiction are as agreed in the quotation or the contract rather than stated here.
Questions about a clause
Ask before you order
Data requests, file confidentiality, acceptance criteria or terms of business. One message reaches the team that answers them, and the reply comes within 24 hours (GMT+8).
