What "turnkey" actually covers here

Five production modules after the boards leave the line: each with its own specification, all under one purchase order and one set of shipping documents.

  • Component sourcing. 5,000+ verified suppliers, authorised distribution by default and no spot-market or broker parts without your written approval. Every reel is traceable to date code and lot, and when a part goes end-of-life you get a written alternative proposal instead of a surprise substitution.
  • Conformal coating and potting. Acrylic 25–75 µm, silicone 50–210 µm, polyurethane 25–75 µm, epoxy 25–125 µm or parylene 5–50 µm applied to IPC-CC-830B, selectively so that connectors, test points and press-fit holes stay clean. Epoxy or polyurethane potting is available for outdoor and marine units.
  • Harness, sheet metal and box build. Cable harness assembly, sheet-metal parts and finished-goods assembly run as production modules of the same plant under the same ISO 9001:2015 system, so the enclosure, the loom and the PCBA meet at one dock instead of three vendors.
  • Documents that travel with the goods. Certificate of conformity, ICT and FCT pass records, RoHS and REACH material declarations, packing list and commercial invoice in every carton. FAI reports, AOI and X-ray images and SPI data are available on request; Class 3 and medical builds add serialised traceability with a digital photo archive per board.
  • Freight you can plan. FOB Shenzhen by sea and FCA Shenzhen Airport by air, plus CIF, EXW and DDP, under DDP you remain the importer of record. Courier under 45 kg runs USD 6–12 per kg in 2–5 days, air freight of 45–150 kg runs USD 5–10 per kg in 5–10 days, and LCL above 1 CBM runs USD 35–80 per CBM, around 25–35 days to the United States.
